Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment Agenda 21 was not ratified by the U.S. Senate. President Clinton then defied the Senate’s will by signing Executive Order 12852, which created the President’s Council on Sustainable Development. Agenda 21 Part I: global economic disaster in the making ... by James Simpson (past speaker at Grassroots America We the People in Tyler, TX) www.examiner.com Listening to the local news on the radio recently, I heard a report about how newly elected Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz plans to save $8 million by, among other things, merging the “Office of Sustainability” with the Department of Environmental Protection and Resource Management. Office of Sustainability? In the county?According to the story, “The new agency will be renamed the Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability….” The Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability? A county government has its own EPA? You must be kidding. No, unfortunately not. We’re from the government and we’re here to help. For complete article...click on Read more... below ... From National Inflation Association ... We expect silver to gain about 3 1/2 times in purchasing power in terms of gold and oil. However, we expect many agricultural commodities to rise in price faster than gold and oil. Therefore, in terms of silver, we conservatively expect silver's purchasing power for food to approximately double. Therefore, if it costs $150 per week or 6 ounces of silver to feed your family today, we expect it to cost 3 ounces of silver per week to feed your family in the future. NIA believes that if the U.S. stays on its current path, we are guaranteed to see hyperinflation this decade. The only way it will be possible to prevent hyperinflation is if the U.S. government dramatically cuts spending across the board immediately and if the Federal Reserve raises interest rates from near zero percent (where they have been for nearly two years) to a level that is higher than the real rate of price inflation. Considering that the Federal Reserve still claims to fear deflation and just announced massive quantitative easing, we see very little chance of any major interest rate hikes taking place during the next six months. My decision, though not a light one, was made clearer after a phone call I received over the weekend from a member of Speaker Straus's leadership team. This member brought up the subject of redistricting and explained to me how that process would be used to punish those members not on Speaker Straus's list of supporters. This conversation first saddened and then disgusted me. For complete news release, click on Read me... below

Sarah Palin on Monday made a speech at a trade-association convention in Phoenix urging Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke to “cease and desist” his “pump priming”. Palin said the United States, “shouldn’t be playing around with inflation.” She went on to say, "All this pump priming will come at a serious price. And I mean that literally: everyone who ever goes out shopping for groceries knows that prices have risen significantly over the past year or so. Pump priming would push them even higher." Bernanke testified under oath on June 3rd, 2009 in front of Congress saying, "The Federal Reserve will not monetize the debt." This was a lie and perjury. With baseball great Roger Clemens being indicted for lying to Congress under oath about a personal matter that is trivial compared to this, Bernanke should also be charged with similar crimes.
