What: Grassroots America sponsors debate between Republican Primary Candidates for State Representative District 6 race – incumbent Matt Schaefer and challenger Skip Ogle
When: Friday, January 10, 2014
Time: Doors open at 11 AM. Box lunches available for purchase or attendees may bring their own. Debate opening remarks begin at 11:45 AM and debate concludes at 1 PM.
Location: Lakeview Church of the Nazarene, 10818 University Boulevard (Spur 248), Tyler.
Debate format: An independent moderator from local media will conduct the forum. The format will be a modified Lincoln-Douglas style debate, with four (4) fifteen-minute discussion topics. Debate topics are not released in advance of the event.
There is no cost to attend and the public is urged to attend.
