Purpose of the Organization
“God and Country” is a group of Christian conservatives banning together to form a network of Christian leaders and conservatives throughout the nation. The purpose of this alliance is to harness the voices of Christians in restoring our nation to its founding principles, supporting the US Constitution, and standing with true conservative candidates and public officials to defend liberty. Together, we will:
1. inform Christian clergy about their legal rights as Christian leaders both in and out of the Church and where to seek help for legal issues;
2. defend our Christian, moral, and traditional values;
3. build a network of communication among Clergy and their church members together with other Christian groups throughout the nation;
4. encourage Christian Leaders to “Get Out The Vote” among their members by (a) asking their registered members to vote, (b) providing non-registered members with voter registration cards to insure their right to vote, and (3) encouraging members to vote for like-minded candidates.

Purpose of the Rally Meeting
The purpose of the rally is to bring awareness throughout Texas about our mission to form an alliance nationwide among conservative groups to exercise our First Amendment Rights in defending our Christian values and traditions and the freedom of speech everywhere, including the pulpit.

Please note these rules of decorum:  This is not an outdoor rally, but a meeting held in the sanctuary of Lakeview Church of the Nazarene; therefore, all conduct will be God- honoring and respectful.
1) No candidate, political, or rally-type signs will be allowed;
2) This is not an event where supporters will be allowed to push their Presidential or US Candidate choices, and the same goes for all other political campaigns;
3) Only approved speakers will allowed to speak, and only the approved speakers are allowed to bring in literature for distribution.
