TX lawmakers have perfect chance to abolish the agency, shrink gov’t, cut spending, and send a message. What do they do? Pass a bill to “reform” the TX Lottery Commission, throwing it a lifeline! They were against the TX Lottery Commission until they were suddenly for it.
